The Knights beat Monroe Central on Monday by a score of 6-3 to make their record 4-0 on the young season. They scored 1 run each in the 2nd, 5th &. 6th innings and scored 3 in the 3rd inning. Logan White pitched 5 2/3 innings to gain the victory. He struckout 8 and walked 1 and allowed only 1 earned run of the 3 scored off of him. Carson Terrell led the offense with 3 hits on the evening. He had 2 triples and a single along with 1 rbi. Keaton Mikesell had 2 hits for the game. Colton Creech and Kaiden White each had a double. The boys play at Union County this Thursday to open conference play.
