The Northeastern Lady Knights hosted the Winchester Lady Falcons on Saturday afternoon for their last regular season game. This game would essentially decide second place in the TEC. Ava Mikesell scored a layup on the opening tip and that would be Northeastern's only lead. The Lady Knights only trailed by 4 at the half despite Mikesell departing with an injury late in the first quarter. Northeastern fell just short of making a comeback, dropping the contest by a final score of 62-55. The Knights return to the court on Tuesday as they open up Sectional play vs Hagerstown at Hagerstown. Northeastern finishes the regular season with a record of 15-8 going 6-2 finishing 3rd in the TEC.
