The Northeastern Lady Knights won their 6th straight Wayne County Tournament Championship on Saturday win a 61-33 victory over Centerville. Northeastern jumped out to a 40-13 halftime lead. Shortly into the 2nd quarter, Senior Ava Mikesell scored her 1,000th career point becoming just the 4th Lady Knight in school history to do so joining the likes of Amy Wright, Jenna McFarland & teammate Adysson Kircher.
