Northeastern MS/HS

The freshman lost at home to Monroe Central on Monday 39-33. They led after one quarter 7-6, but got outscored in the second quarter 13-5 and never were able to get even in the game. They went out in the second half and outscored the Bears 21-20 but fell short by 6. They were led in scoring by Kaleb Moore with 13 and Marshall Phillips with 10 points each. They were only able to convert 10 of 21 free throw attempts on the night which was a huge detriment. Nic Markward had a strong rebounding game for the night.
