The Northeastern Lady Knights were back at home on Saturday morning with an early matchup against the Yorktown Tigers. Northeastern scored within the first few seconds of the game and would never trail again in the contest. Despite leading 29-16 at the half, the Tigers battled back, cutting the Knights lead to just 3 in the third quarter by hitting a number of three pointers. Northeastern was able to hang on keeping the game just out of reach the rest of the way to win by a final of 50-45.
