Northeastern Volleyball was in action Monday night taking on South Adams High School. The Knights fell to the Starfires in a very competitive match. Junior Varsity, who are 4-2 on the season, fell 2-0 (18-25,18-25) to Starfires. Unofficial stats for the Knights include Caylee Harmon leading the knights with 8 assists, 9 digs, 1 kill, and 1 ace. Kaylan Goble added 3 kills, 6 digs, and 1 ace. Bela Vanlangingham and Sammi Kircher both had 3 kills while Nicole Sheets had 2 kills. Elin Seal had 5 digs along with Kircher adding 3. The Varsity Knights, 7-7 on the season, also fought hard but fell 3-0 (17-25,19-25,13-25) to the Starfires. Unofficial stats include Emma Bledsoe-Ryan had 4 kills, 4 digs, and 3 aces. Kamdyn Sum and Olivia Null both added 5 kills along with 8 digs for Sum and 6 digs for Null. Ady Kircher had 11 assists and 3 digs. Ava Spradling had 2 kills, 1 ace, and a digs along with Adylan Capps had 1 kill, 5 digs and an ace. Reese Dumbford led the knight in dogs with 10 and added 3 aces. Northeastern will be hosting another home game with Tri Eastern Conference matchup with Winchester Community High School Tuesday, September 17th at 6pm.
