Northeastern Knights volleyball was in action last night against the Richmond Red Devils. Junior varsity won in a 3 set thriller(3-0);(25-23, 26-28, 15-7). Top stats for the Knights (unofficial) Caylee Harmon with 24 assists while Gabby Smith, Kalhen Meyer, and Alyssa Boggs added 2 kills each. Sammi Kircher led the team in kills with 5. Kaylan Goble led the Knights in aces with 4 and digs 10. Varsity Knights took a fall to the Red Devils in 4 sets (3-1); (25-22, 15-25, 18-25, 17-25). Top stats leaders (unofficial), Ady Kircher added 28 assists through 4 sets. Reese Dumford led in digs with 17 and Adylan Capps added 10. Ava Spradling had 15 kills for the Knights while Kamdyn Sum, Emma Bledsoe-Ryan, Olivia Null and Adi Bry all added kills. The Knights are back at home Thursday, September 5th against Randolph Southern at 6pm.
