Union County: Knights MS start the season out with a win against Union County Patriots 34-6. Colton Smith led the Knights with two touchdowns. Corbin Isaacs, Gavin Platt, and Caden Retter each had a touchdown. Khyler Phillips connected passes with Rodney Carlin and Caden Retter for two 2-point conversions. Great team defensive effort, Cayden Retter and Quanell “Q” Denton each had a fumble recovery. The MS Knights are 1-0 on the season. Tri High: The MS Knights lose a tough game against Tri 12-16. Winchester: Knights MS improves their record to 2-1 with a win at Winchester 38-20. Corbin Isaacs got the scoring started with an 85 yard interception return. Luke Brock had a 75 yard Kickoff return for a touchdown. Corbin Isaacs had two rushing TD and passing TD to Quanell “Q” Denton. Corbin also rushed for two, 2point conversions and Khyler Phillips had passes to Rodney Carlin and Q for the other two, 2point conversions. Gavin Platt and Cayden Retter each had a fumble recovery.
