Northeastern MS/HS

The boys beat Eastern Hancock on Thursday 9-5. They spotted Eastern Hancock 4 runs in the 1st inning. The boys went to work in the 2nd inning and cut the margin by 2 runs. They added 2 more runs in the 3rd inning to tie the game at 4-4. They scored single runs in the 4th & 5th innings to gain the lead that they never relinquished. They added 3 more runs in the 6th inning for the final tallies. Riley Isaacs and Logan White pitched 3 & 4 innings respectively on the night. The offensive side was led several players as they collected 12 hits on the night as a team. They play this Saturday at 10:00 am against Knightstown in the semifinal game of the sectional.
