Northeastern MS/HS

The Northeastern JV football team was victorious on Monday night as they beat Union City 55-0. Leading the offense was Blake Waters and Marshall Phillips as each contributed 3 touchdowns to the cause. Wes Hunt caught 2 TD receptions and Kale Hansen ran in 2 scores. The Knights turned the Indians over 5 times with Charlie Shaffer and Kameron Crawford had fumble recoveries and Riley Isaacs, Marshall Phillips and Dylan Ross had interceptions. Thane Berger and Crawford had multiple sacks and tackles for loss. The win brings the JV record to 5-0 and they will travel to Centerville next Monday to play at 6 pm.
