The Lady Knights travelled to Union City and defeated the Lady Indians 4-1 in just over an hour of play before the rains came. Winners for the Knights included #1 & #2 Singles & #1 & #2 Doubles teams. "I tasked the Ladies to come in with a mission to take care of business and to start faster. We did that. Hopefully we can repeat this formula tomorrow and Wednesday," said Coach Haynes. The Knights improve to 6-2 overall, 2-2 non-conference, and 4-0 in the TEC. The Knights next play @ Union County tomorrow at 4:30pm.
