Northeastern MS/HS

The Lady Knights hosted the Wayne County Tournament at Highland Lake golf course on Saturday and played very inspired even though they were short-handed due to illness. The Knights placed 3 golfers on the 5 person All-County Team. Baylee Wissler led the charge firing a personal best 84 which is also a new 18-hole school record to take Low Medalist honors! Zoe Clines 92 earned her 3rd low medalist honors and a spot on the All-County team. Lauren Lacey shot a 93 which also earned her a spot on the team and a tie for 4th low medalist. Ava Bales rounded out the scoring firing a personal best 111. The ladies played really well but fell an unbelievable 1 stroke from Centerville who took the team award. All-County: 1.
