The Varsity Girls and Boys Cross Country teams competed Saturday (8/13) at the Blue River Valley Earlybird Invitational. The girls were short handed with only 4 runners making them unable to score as a team, but competed well. Marissa Cates led the way for the entire field for a 1st finish in an impressive time of 20:07.9. Freshman Gracie Green was not far behind in 6th place, followed by Heather Crull 13th, and Daisee Spence 25th.
