Northeastern defeated Union County HS 61-0 to start season 1-0. Junior Zane Schneider lead the way with 134 rushing yards and 2 TDs. Junior Blake Waters went 13-19 through the air with 176 passing yards and 2 TDs. 4 different Knights caught at least 2 passes including Eli Hemmelgarn, Logan White, Conner Archie and Colton Creech. Creech had 2 receiving TDs. The Black Wall defense recorded a shutout and tallied 13 tackles for loss. Logan White had an interception. Northeastern (1-0) returns to action this Friday at home against Tri (1-0).
