Northeastern Knights Football to Travel to Trine U. for Team Camp

In what has become a tradition, the NHS football team will head North to Trine University, July 18-20 for Team Camp 2015. Knights Football to Participate in IU-Bloomington One Day Camp

The Northeastern football team will be traveling to Indiana University on Tuesday, June 23 to participate in a One Day Camp. Among the day’s activities will be a chance to be drilled and coached by the IU football coaching staff along with some 11-on-11 to finish off the day. All players are encouraged to participate

2015 Knights Football in Full Motion

Over 40 athletes opened the first week of preparation for the upcoming season by participating in strength training and team workouts this past week. Any athlete (grades 9-12) who would like to join us is encouraged to meet at the weight room on Mondays (9am), Wednesdays(6pm), and Thursdays(6pm).

Knights Football Moves to Class 2A!!

Northeastern moves from Class A to Class 2A in football, joining Eastern Hancock, Indianapolis Howe, Indianapolis Scecina, South Adams, Whiting and Winamac. Northeastern has an enrollment of 436. 4 Knights Gain AP All-State Honors !!!

Coming off an 11-1 season, four Northeastern Knights football players were selected for the Associated Press All-State team in Class 1A. Joey Claypoole was named as the 1st Team QB while teammates Kelsy Kirkland(LB), Craig Dingwerth(WR), and Dakota Green(DT) gained Honorable Mention. Congrats to these well deserving gentlemen!

2014 T.E.C. All-Conference Team

TEC champion Northeastern placed six on the all-conference team in Joey Claypoole, Kelsy Kirkland, Tyler Sandlin, Craig Dingwerth, Dakota Green and Petey McDaniel. The Knights went undefeated in conference play and finished 11-1. Joining Enis from Winchester on the all-TEC team were Kainin Frost, Titus Edwards, Jonathon Thornburg and Elias Gates.
