MS Track at TEC

The Middle School track teams competed in the TEC meet on Friday at Union City. The Boys repeated as TEC champs and the Girls captured 2nd place. Both teams had outstanding efforts. For the girls, Aubrey Neagle repeated as the 1600 and 800 meter run champion. Kylie Berger scored a 2nd in the Shot Put and 4th in the Discus. Kamdyn Sum scored 2nd in the Long Jump and 3rd in the 200 meter hurdles. Aubrey Neagle scored 2nd place finishes in the 1600 and 800 meter runs. The 1600 relay of Aubrey Neagle, Bella Green, Hadley Neagle, and Hayden Neagle placed 2nd. In the Boys race, Luke Brock won the High Jump, Long Jump, and placed 3rd and 4th respectively in the 100 and 200 meter sprints to earn MVP honors for the meet. Kaden Retter won the 200 meter sprint, placed 2nd in the 100 meter sprint, 4th in the Long Jump, and anchored the 400 relay to a 3rd place finish. Kaleb Kress won the 110 hurdles, placed 2nd in the 200 hurdles, and ran on the 3rd place 400 relay team. Others scoring for the Knights were Carson Wood (400, 1600 relay, and 400 relay), Jarrett Leitner (110 hurdles, 200 hurdles, and 400 relay), Luke Wiley (1600, 800, and 1600 relay). Both teams run on Wednesday at the Union City Invitational.
